Gibson Les Paul R8 VOS in stunning aqua blue finish in excellent condition.
Handpick series using selected figured maple which was handpicked by Japanese dealer at custom shop plant in Nashville USA and exported to Japanese market originally.
AAA figured maple top with eye catching aqua blue finish,
One piece solid mahogany back was special finished in dark blue and has very dark rosewood fingerboard looks like a Brazilian rosewood.
One of the best custom shop spec with tubeless truss-rod and hot hide glue for neck joint, fingerboard and
Maple cap to improve maximum resonant and sustain.
Equipping its original Custombucker pickups (Alnico III, was used for only artist model before) which is the most accurate wired to original vintage PAF at the moment.
This R8 rings heaps by its top quality light solid and dried mahogany, special thin lacquer paint which was introduced from mid 2013, new tubeless truss rod, long tail piece stud and anchor and 58 style round grip mahogany neck with long neck tenon, Everything was designed for its sustain and resonation.
Has very minor playing wear that you can expect for 9 years player and control knob has internal cracks but solid and stable.
Has 120th anniversary special medallion switch plate as great bonus, this is very special collectors’ Les Paul that I think only 1 existing in Australia. All original and No repair history. Light weight at 3.9kgs/8.5lbs
Comes with full set of case candy, COA and original Lifton hard shell case.
