Like getting a new Stephen Stern Gretsch Masterbuilt even though Steven retired ten years later.
’62 White Penguin Relic built by the one and only Stephen Stern. A laminated Maple top is mated to Mahogany back and sides for a full, yet airy tone from the hollowbody. The Maple neck is carved in a fat “C” profile and topped with a 22-fret Ebony fingerboard. Traditional White Penguin features, such as the Thumbnail inlays, Gold Sparkle binding, and Gold hardware, are complemented by the double cutaway body style, giving this instrument a one-of-a-kind look. Includes: Hardshell Case, Certificate of Authenticity, Paperwork, Polish Cloth.
