Fender Custom Shop guitars have risen quite a bit in price over the past two years and even more-so the demand! This one is in great condition and has had little use.
Fender Deluxe Telecaster’s have enjoyed a rise to prominence from the 1990’s till today. If one was to improve on this much desired model what would one do?
- Make a light weight Deluxe instead of a three man lift. (Most originals had Ready-mix bodies 🙂
- Finish the Deluxe in Nitrocellulose Lacquer. (As opposed to Poly Urethane)
- Build one with a four bolt neck plate. (Not the dreaded 3 Bolt Micro)
- Seek Custom Shop quality. (The difference is astounding)
